Cleaning and storage: Filter cartridges that have not been used for a long time should have their internal filtrate drained, washed, dried, and placed in a clean plastic bag with a seal, and stored in a dry place.
Disinfection treatment: The replaced filter element should be soaked in acidic washing solution for about 24 hours, with a temperature maintained between 25-50 degrees Celsius. During the soaking process, the ratio of acid to alkali should be controlled within 20%. After cleaning, a secondary cleaning and steam disinfection are required.
Disinfection precautions: During the disinfection process, attention should be paid to time and temperature. Generally, disinfection should be carried out at 130 ℃ for 20 minutes, and the temperature should not exceed 150 ℃. The time should not exceed 30 minutes
