A: We are filter manufacturer with our own factory.
Q: What is the method of payment?
A: Usually, we accept payment by T/T, credit card, western Union, Paypal and Ali pay, etc.
Q: How long will it take you to delivery?
A: Spot goods will be shipped within 3 days. Large quantities of goods can be Negotiable.
Q: Is customized filter available?
A: Yes,please offer your required specifications or drawing, also can send us sample.
Q: How do we ensure the quality of the products after placing the order?
A: Before delivery, we will send you pictures videos and test report of the filters. Also arrange the quality check by yourself or through your agent.
Q: What is Huahang Filter's quality certification?
A: Huahang Filter operates under ISO 9001:2015 certification. The quality management system incorporates IQC (incoming raw material verification), IPQC (in-process quality control), FQC (final product quality control), and OQC (outgoing quality control) checkpoints at every production stage.
Q: Does Huahang Filter offer custom filter elements?
A: Yes. Huahang Filter specializes in custom filter elements for both sintered filters and dust collector cartridges. Customization options include outer diameter and length, filtration rating (1–200 µm for sintered filters, various MERV ratings for dust collector cartridges), media type and material, end cap configuration and connection style, and seal material. Provide a drawing, original sample, or detailed specifications for exact replication.
