Firstly, compressed air enters the first stage filtration device of the compressed air precision filter. During this process, a coalescence effect occurs, causing larger particles to be adsorbed on the filter material, while water will condense into larger water droplets.

Next, the compressed air will enter the separation chamber. After entering the separation chamber, the flow rate of the air naturally slows down, causing the particles flowing from the previous channel to gather again. In the separation chamber, there is a honeycomb like water collector, and the flowing water mist will condense on this water collector.

Afterwards, the unconsolidated water is water with impurities, which will flow along the bottom of the device. When it reaches the position of the drainage equipment, the electric drainage gate will discharge this water.

After passing through the first stage device, almost 95% of water droplets and harmful substances have been filtered out, and then enter the second stage device. When passing through the second device, many small eddies will be generated, and the speed of the air entering this device will increase many times.

In the second device, the impurities that were not filtered out during the first device will be vaporized, filtered, and converted again. Basically, even small particles passing through the second device will be completely removed.

After filtering through two devices, a relatively dry and clean compressed air that is dust-free, oil-free, and foggy will be obtained. After obtaining clean air, the service life of pneumatic equipment can also be extended.
