How to improve the stability of melt filter element
Material selection
Multi-layer sintered metal fiber mesh (pore size accuracy 20 microns) or polypropylene (PP) is used. The former is resistant to 300℃ and has zero leakage under 25MPa pressure, while the latter is suitable for liquid filtration and has a pressure resistance of 0.25Mpa/70℃. The gradient pore design can reduce the initial pressure drop by 30% and extend the service life.
Structural design
