Pre installation inspection: Before using the filter, it is necessary to check whether the accessories and sealing rings are complete and undamaged, ensuring that all components are intact and undamaged. Installation method: The filter should be installed according to the product samples and installation instructions provided by the manufacturer. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet to ensure the correct connection between the raw water inlet and the clean water outlet. Filters can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the specific direction depends on the site conditions, but there are specific requirements for the direction of the inlet and outlet.

Operating pressure: The operating pressure of the filter is generally suitable between 0.1-0.3 MPa, and should not exceed 0.4 MPa at most to avoid damaging the filter bag and protective net. During use, attention should be paid to changes in pressure. When the pressure reaches 0.4 MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.

Maintenance and cleaning: Filters require regular inspection and maintenance during use. When the pressure gauge shows that the pressure is too high, the machine should be stopped for inspection, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. When cleaning, the filter should be isolated from the pressurized system, and a new sealing gasket should be used when reinstalling after cleaning
