E9 grade filter element: suitable for filtering out large amounts of liquids and 3-micron sized condensates, achieving a high residual oil content of 5ppm w/w

E7 level filter element: suitable for filtering liquid water and oil, can filter out solid particles as small as 1 micron, and achieve a residual oil powder content of 1.0ppmw/w

E5 level filter element: suitable for aggregating extremely fine water vapor and oil mist, it can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 microns, achieving a high residual oil content of 0.01 ppmw/w, and removing almost all moisture, dust, and oil.

E3 level filter cartridge: suitable for aggregating extremely fine water vapor and oil mist, can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 microns, and achieve a high residual oil content of 0.001ppmw/w

E1 grade filter element: suitable for filtering out oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor that popular charcoal can usually absorb. It can filter solid particles as small as 0.01 microns and achieve a residual oil content of 0.003ppmw/w. It does not contain moisture, dust, or oil, is odorless and tasteless, and serves as the last filter.

Replacement standard

Replacement frequency: The replacement frequency varies depending on the usage environment. Home users are recommended to replace it once a month, commercial users are recommended to replace it every two months, and industrial users are recommended to replace it every three months. In addition, if the filtering effect of the filter element significantly decreases, such as a decrease in water flow or deterioration of water quality, it should be replaced in a timely manner. ‌

Pressure drop: For compressed air precision filter cartridges, replacement should be considered when the pressure drop exceeds 0.68kgf/cm ² or when they have worked for 6000-8000 hours (approximately one year).

Water quality situation: In environments with poor water quality, the frequency of filter element replacement should be higher because impurities in the water need to be filtered out more frequently. On the contrary, when the water quality is good, the replacement frequency can be lower.

Maintenance records and monitoring: Develop personalized replacement plans by regularly monitoring the working status of the filter element and combining past maintenance records.
