common problems & solutions
1. Blockage of oil circuit: When using a bottle mouth suction pipe, if the pipe mouth is tightly attached to the bottom cover, it will block the separated oil circuit, causing it to be discharged from the air pipe.
2. Blockage of filter element in return pipe: Due to long-term use of the equipment, the filter element in the return pipe of the oil and gas separation filter element may be blocked, causing the filtered oil to not flow out smoothly, and then flow into the air through the air pipe.
3. Unqualified product quality: The manufacturer, in order to save costs or due to their own technical deficiencies, has serious quality problems with the oil and gas separation filter cartridges produced, or has not set the shape of the filter cartridge bottom cover according to the actual situation, which may also cause oil leakage during equipment operation.
4. Improper winding layers of fiberglass filter layer: Improper winding layers of fiberglass filter layer are also one of the reasons for oil leakage. When the number of layers is too small, it will reduce the effectiveness of separating oil droplets; If there are too many winding layers, it will cause an increase in the initial pressure difference.
