1. Precision filter element permeability

The filter element adopts American strong hydrophobic and oil repellent fiber filter material, and adopts a framework with good permeability and high strength to reduce the resistance caused by passing.

2. Precision filter element efficiency

The filter element adopts German fine perforated sponge, which can effectively prevent oil and water from being carried away by high-speed airflow, allowing small oil droplets that pass by to accumulate at the bottom of the filter element sponge and discharge towards the bottom of the filter container.

3. Precision filter element airtightness

The connection point between the filter element and the filter shell adopts a reliable sealing ring, ensuring that the airflow is not short circuited and preventing impurities from directly entering the downstream without passing through the filter element.

4. Corrosion resistance of precision filter element

The filter element adopts a corrosion-resistant reinforced nylon end cover and a corrosion-resistant filter element skeleton, which can be used in harsh working conditions.

b. Unscrew the housing and remove the old filter element.

c. Clean the filter housing.

d. Replace with a new filter element (do not miss the sealing ring, the filter element should be installed tightly and correctly)
