Ensure that the filter paper is clean and dry: Before use, ensure that the filter paper is clean and dry to avoid contamination. The sampled engine oil should be representative, preferably taken when the engine has been running for a period of time and is in a hot state.

Monitoring the status of the filter element: Regularly check the status of the filter element. When the surface of the filter element is dirty, the oil absorption effect is weakened, or noise is generated, it may be a signal of serious blockage. It is necessary to replace the filter element to maintain equipment performance.

Regularly replace the filter element: The secondary filter element will gradually clog during use, and it needs to be replaced in a timely manner when the pressure rises to 0.4Ma to ensure filtration efficiency.

Keep clean: Ensure that the suction and discharge hoses are clean, and remember to close the discharge valve after filtration to maintain the working environment.

Exclude air: During the oil filtration process, air may enter the oil pump, affecting the flow rate. Open the exhaust valve in a timely manner to release air, and then close it to ensure the normal operation of the oil filter.

Check for faults: If it is difficult to pump oil, check whether the oil pump rotates normally, whether the seal is reliable, and whether the position of the suction port is correct.

Maintain flow rate: If a decrease in flow rate is found, check the filter elements of the coarse and fine filters to confirm whether they are severely clogged, and whether the pump shaft seal and oil suction are normal
