      - Customized design to meet specific filtration requirements

                                 application area

Protective layer: located at the outermost layer of the filter element, it plays a role in protecting the internal structure and preventing external impurities from directly contacting the interior of the filter element.

Precision control layer: responsible for controlling the filtration accuracy to ensure that only particles that meet the requirements can pass through the filter element.

Dispersion layer: helps disperse particles in the fluid, reduce clogging, and improve filtration efficiency.

Reinforcement layer: Provides mechanical strength to the filter element, ensuring its stability even in high-pressure environments.

Support layer: provides necessary support for the filter element to prevent deformation or damage during the filtration process

    2. Acid cleaning method

Dissolve potassium dichromate or crystals in water to 60 to 80 degrees, and slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration of 94% until sufficient. Add slowly and stir. Add up to 1200 milliliters of potassium sulfate or completely dissolve, and the solution will appear dark red in color. At this time, the rate of adding concentrated sulfuric acid can be accelerated until it is completely added. If there are still undissolved crystals after adding concentrated sulfuric acid, they can be heated until dissolved. The function of cleaning solution is to remove general pollutants, grease, and metal particle impurities on the wall of stainless steel filter cartridge, and it can effectively kill the bacteria and microorganisms that grow on the filter cartridge and damage the heat source. If the filter element has been alkaline washed before, the alkaline solution must be washed first, otherwise fatty acids will precipitate and contaminate the filter element.

    production process

Raw material selection: Firstly, select appropriate raw materials based on the requirements and purpose of the filter element. Common raw materials include metal powders, polymer particles, ceramic materials, etc. The commonly used sintered mesh filters in the market are mainly made of materials such as stainless steel, nickel, titanium, single crystal silicon, etc.
Mixing and pulping: If metal powder or ceramic materials are used, they need to be mixed with suitable binders to form a uniform paste. This process typically involves mixing, stirring, and pulping.
Molding: After pulping, the material paste is injected into the mold to form a green blank of the desired shape (unsintered filter element component). This can be achieved through methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding, and compression molding.
Drying: Green bricks need to go through a drying process to remove moisture, usually using air or a baking room for drying.
Sintering: The green billet then needs to be sintered, that is, heated to high temperature to bond the material particles together, forming a sturdy filter structure. The sintering temperature and time depend on the material type and requirements.
Cooling and treatment: After sintering, the filter element needs to be cooled and may require surface treatment such as plating or coating to enhance its performance.
Cutting and shaping: The filter element may need to be cut and shaped at the end to meet specific size and shape requirements.
