2. Damaged filter cartridge
Reason: Material aging, long-term mechanical impact from materials, or improper installation can all lead to damage to the fiber structure of the filter cartridge, thereby affecting the dust removal effect.
Performance: Decreased dust removal efficiency may result in the emission of smoke and dust gases.
Solution: Regularly inspect the filter cartridge and replace it immediately if any damage is found to maintain dust removal efficiency. When replacing the filter cartridge, choose a filter cartridge that meets the equipment requirements and install it correctly according to the instructions.
3. Excessive temperature
