working principle

The liquid to be filtered is pressed in from the inlet of the filter, filtered through the filter layer from the outside to the inside through the filter element, and then discharged through the outlet. 1. Backwashing brush method: Cleaning water enters the ultrafiltration port of the filter element and passes through it, rushing towards the concentration port. The use of backwashing brush method can effectively remove the covering surface, but special attention should be paid to prevent overpressure during flushing to avoid breaking the filter element or damaging the sealing interface.

2. Equal pressure flushing method: Close the ultrafiltration water valve, open the concentration port valve, increase the flow rate to flush the surface of the filter element, effectively removing many soft impurities on the outer surface of the filter element.

3. High purity water cleaning method: The purity of water increases, and the solubility is enhanced. When cleaning, you can first use ultrafiltration water to flush away the loose dust and dirt on the filter surface, and then use pure water for circulating cleaning.
