The working principle can be summarized as the following steps:
1. Filtration and demulsification: The coalescing filter cartridge first filters the medium with high precision through its impurity removal layer to remove solid impurities. At the same time, the demulsification process breaks down the emulsified water molecules and separates them from the medium.
2. Aggregation effect: The aggregation layer enlarges and aggregates water molecules in the medium, forming larger water droplets. These water droplets fall off under the action of gravity, and some of them further flow towards the outlet of the filter due to the influence of flow velocity.
3. Separation and dehydration: Finally, an oil-water separation filter is needed for separation and dehydration to further remove moisture from the medium.
