Product Description
This 5-micron sintered mesh filter disc offers high filtration accuracy and a robust, durable structure, suitable for surface filtration. It is manufactured using a controlled heating and pressing process, stacking multiple layers of fine stainless steel woven mesh and diffusion welding them together to form a single, integral filter disc with uniform and stable filtration accuracy.
Unlike depth filters, it primarily captures contaminants on the surface, making it very easy to clean and inspect. This filter disc is ideal for filtering gases, low-viscosity liquids, or as a pre-filter in systems requiring high demands on pore size consistency, excellent mechanical strength, and reusability.
