                           maintenance methods

    1. Regular cleaning: During use, stainless steel filter cartridges will gradually accumulate impurities and particles. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the filter element to remove accumulated dirt. When cleaning, water or appropriate cleaning agents can be used for cleaning.
    2. Check for damage: During use, the stainless steel filter element may be worn or damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the integrity of the filter element and replace it promptly if it is damaged.
    3. Storage environment: Stainless steel filter cartridges should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and dust-free environment, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.
    4. Spare filter element: To ensure the continuity of the production process, it is recommended to prepare a certain number of spare filter elements so that they can be replaced in a timely manner when needed.


    2. Acid cleaning method


    Dissolve potassium dichromate or crystals in water to 60 to 80 degrees, and slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration of 94% until sufficient. Add slowly and stir. Add up to 1200 milliliters of potassium sulfate or completely dissolve, and the solution will appear dark red in color. At this time, the rate of adding concentrated sulfuric acid can be accelerated until it is completely added. If there are still undissolved crystals after adding concentrated sulfuric acid, they can be heated until dissolved. The function of cleaning solution is to remove general pollutants, grease, and metal particle impurities on the wall of stainless steel filter cartridge, and it can effectively kill the bacteria and microorganisms that grow on the filter cartridge and damage the heat source. If the filter element has been alkaline washed before, the alkaline solution must be washed first, otherwise fatty acids will precipitate and contaminate the filter element.

                           RUST REMOVAL METHODS

    1. Stainless steel 304 rusted with oxalic acid: oxalic acid can completely reduce rust, turning it into ferrous oxalate, which is as bright as new when washed with water. Moreover, the surface metal treated with oxalic acid has been passivated, making it difficult to regenerate rust.
    2. Remove with washed steel: wet the rust on the steel pot with clean water; Use a cotton swab or cloth dipped in a small amount of steel to wipe off rust. After wiping the steel, clean it within 10 seconds to prevent the product from changing color; Clean with clean water and wipe dry with a cloth.
