The filter cloth is selected according to its purpose, such as polypropylene filter cloth or reverse osmosis membrane, while the skeleton is commonly made of stainless steel or plastic.

Making filter layer: Place the filter cloth in the middle, lay steel wire mesh on the inner and outer sides respectively, and then put them together in a wave folding machine to fold them into a corrugated shape to increase the filtering area.

Assembly: Select the appropriate skeleton according to the requirements, cut the finished filter layer into a size that matches the skeleton, then place the skeleton into the filter layer and wrap it around a wavy filter layer.

Fixing and bonding: Use resin glue or hot melt machine to fuse the interface of the filter layer, ensuring that the filter layer is firmly placed on the skeleton. If resin glue is used, it needs to wait for it to harden and fix.
