The design of oil-water separation filter element includes two types of filter elements: coalescence filter element and separation filter element. In the oil dehydration system, the oil first flows through a coalescence separator, where the coalescence filter is responsible for filtering out solid impurities and aggregating tiny water droplets into larger water droplets. The vast majority of aggregated water droplets can be separated and removed from the oil by their own weight, settling into the collection tank. In addition, the oil-water separator also enters the filter separator through jet fuel, which first gathers in an aluminum tray and then disperses into a coalescence filter element from the inside out. Solid impurities are filtered out through the filter layer, and the emulsified oil-water is separated through the demulsification layer. The coalescence layer aggregates small water droplets into large ones, which settle in the collection tank. Small water droplets that have not yet coalesced are further separated by the repulsive effect of the separation filter, and settle in the sedimentation tank, which is discharged by the drainage valve. Finally, clean fuel is collected in the secondary tray through the separation filter and discharged from the outlet of the filter separator.
