    The glass fiber aggregation filter element is made of high-density gradient glass fiber, and is designed as a single piece tube structure to reduce damage and leakage. The surface of the filter element is treated with hydrophobic and oil repellent treatment, which can meet various precision level requirements. 
    Polyester fiber agglomerated filter cartridge material is usually made of synthetic polyester fiber, which has good compatibility with various fluids. The filter element is made of a multi-layer spiral coil structure, with different performance fibers used in each layer. The expected filtration accuracy is achieved by controlling the shape, size, thickness, and density of each layer of fibers.

      • 1. Natural gas coalescence filter cartridges should usually be installed before the regulator and must be installed according to the gas flow direction indicated on it

        2. The natural gas coalescence filter element is composed of washable synthetic materials. When installing the filter, it is important to ensure that the cover can be easily opened for cleaning and inspection

        3. Natural gas coalescence filter cartridges can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipelines. Do not install the filter on unstable foundations

        Before maintenance, please make sure that there is no gas inside the natural gas filter element. Remove the filter, clean it with soap and water, then air dry it naturally before reinstalling it

        After installation, a sealing test must be conducted. During ventilation, the instantaneous air volume should not be too large. The natural gas coalescence filter element can be cleaned with a trace amount of detergent and clean water.
